HR Executive

As an HR Executive, you will manage the human resource department, procedures, and related policies. In addition, the HR Executive will manage recruiting, resource development, and employee performance programs. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Responsibilities of the HR Officer:

  1. Planning and implementing recruitment strategies to target and onboard high-quality human resources this includes end-to-end recruitment process from approvals to formulating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers.
  2. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Able to maintain a long-term relationship with past applicants and potential candidates.
  3. Able to maintain congenial work relationships, staff counseling, dispute resolutions and recruitment counseling.
  4. Management and development of all HR Department Needs like making of the hiring process, resource forecasting, interview questions, policies, standard operating procedures, employee job descriptions, leave & attendance policies, employee benefit & perks policies, employee development and growth paths, staff assessments & evaluations, organization charts, HR Reports, staff attendance & activity reports, employee contracts and maintenance of personal documents.
  5. Able to source potential candidates through job online channels, social media and outreach- liaising with recruitment partners.
  6. Organize training events, schedule conferences, and training room time for various training and coaching events.
  7. Handle day-to-day general administrative and operational tasks of the business as and when assigned by the management.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Full understanding of HR functions, Labor Legislations and HR best practices
  • Proven Two Years of working experience as HR Field
  • Microsoft Office with special emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and Google Docs
  • Excellent employee management, dispute resolution, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR Software systems and Payment Management Systems
