Delivery and Shipments Policy

IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE UPSCALE VALLEY EXPERIENCE: NO PHYSICAL GOODS, ONLY RESULTS

Upscale Valley Amazon PPC Agency is a digital service provider specializing in Pay-Per-Click (“PPC”) services for Amazon sellers. This Delivery and Shipment Policy details our commitment to delivering our services promptly and effectively to our clients. Please note that as a digital service provider, we do not ship physical goods, so the concept of ‘shipping’ as traditionally understood does not apply to our services.

Service Delivery

Timing: Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will initiate the process of setting up and managing your PPC campaigns. The estimated time to complete this setup will be communicated to you at the start of our engagement and depends on the complexity of the campaign.

Delivery Method: All services will be delivered digitally. Reports, analyses, and any other deliverables will be sent to you via email or made available through a secure online platform.

Delivery Confirmation: We will notify you via email when the services have been fully delivered or if there are any significant updates or changes during the service delivery.

Tracking Service Progress: You can request updates on the progress of your PPC campaign at any time by contacting your assigned account manager. We also commit to providing regular updates and reports as agreed upon in the Service Agreement.

Delays in Service Delivery: In the event of a delay in service delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery timeline. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or due to changes requested by the client during the delivery process.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email.
