All PPC campaigns, reports, and related materials created by us for you are your property. However, you grant us the right to use your company name and the results of the campaigns for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

Our liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the services that gave rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are obligated to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
