At Upscale Valley, we believe in delivering the utmost satisfaction to our clients in the form of our services. This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the circumstances under which refunds and returns may be requested and processed for services provided by our Amazon PPC Agency.

Service Delivery

Our Pay-Per-Click (“PPC”) services are intangible digital services, and as such, they are neither physical products that can be returned nor services that can be ‘undone.’ Therefore, ‘returns’ as traditionally understood do not apply to these services.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY​

A refund may be considered in the following situations:
Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel your service order prior to the commencement of any work on our part, we will refund your payment in full. We require written notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before the planned start date of the services.
Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, you must express your concerns in writing within seven (7) days of the service delivery date. Our team will investigate the issue and propose solutions to rectify the situation. If it is determined that we failed to deliver as per the agreed-upon scope of services, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

  • No refunds will be given for services delivered in full and in compliance with the agreed-upon service proposal.
  • Any fees related to third-party applications, software, or services required for executing the PPC campaign are not refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations or outcomes beyond our control, such as changes in Amazon’s policies, marketplace conditions, or competitive environment.

REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund, please email us at info@upscalevalley.com with the following details:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Service order date and invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within ten (10) business days.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
