Service Delivery
Our Pay-Per-Click (“PPC”) services are intangible digital services, and as such, they are neither physical products that can be returned nor services that can be ‘undone.’ Therefore, ‘returns’ as traditionally understood do not apply to these services.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel your service order prior to the commencement of any work on our part, we will refund your payment in full. We require written notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before the planned start date of the services.
Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, you must express your concerns in writing within seven (7) days of the service delivery date. Our team will investigate the issue and propose solutions to rectify the situation. If it is determined that we failed to deliver as per the agreed-upon scope of services, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
